Nabila Hilmi

Nabila received a law degree from St. Joseph University in Beirut in 1964 . She then pursued her studies in Fine Arts and received a B.A. from Beirut University College in 1983 and a degree in Art Appreciation and Philosophy of Art from the Barnes Foundation in Marion, Pennsylvania in 1994.

Nabila participated in solo, group, and juried exhibitions in the Arab World, Europe, the USA, and Asia. She took part in radio and television interviews and panel discussions. Her work was used in several book cover illustrations, she participated in exhibition catalogues and publications, she published several articles and reviews, and is affiliated with the Foundry Art Gallery in Washington DC, Darat Al-Funoun in Amman, and Corporate Art in Pennsylvania.

Nabila currently lives and works in Pennsylvania, USA.
